Description

Kilby Cream is a family run farm and ice cream shop that features farm fresh ice cream and dairy products, made from milk produced by our own cows. Our family has been in the dairy business for over 100 years. We take great pride in making our own products. There are animals to visit and a playground for families to enjoy. Special events and promotions occur throughout the year.

From cow to cone in just 2 days! Offering a wide selection of delicious frozen treats, Kilby Cream invites you to join us for some family-friendly-fun- down on the farm!

OUR STORE

Our ice cream shop is nestled on our peaceful farm located just outside of Rising Sun, Maryland. You can enjoy one of our many featured treats while spending time in the family-friendly atmosphere. Come and play some corn hole, relax on our front porch, and visit our animals at the petting farm. We offer a spacious playground that the kids will adore.

Once you’ve crunched your way through the last bite of waffle cone and played your final round of cornhole, come back inside and take some Kilby ice cream home! We offer a variety of flavors in cups, pints, and 56-ounce containers to go. Or maybe you would like an ice cream cake, bon-bons or giant ice cream cookie instead.

OUR PLAYGROUND

Featuring three slides, a climbing wall, monkey bars, playhouse, and toddler swings, our playground will offer plenty of outdoor fun for the kids.

THE PETTING ZOO
Some Pig.  Terrific.  Radiant.  Humble.  Wilbur is always happy to welcome visitors to our petting farm.  Don’t forget to look for Charlotte while you are there.
Daisy the Donkey is our most vocal resident.  Her loud brays ensure that nobody forgets to say “hi” to her.
No Kidding!  Our goats can be found climbing, jumping and playing the day away.  These fun loving goats are always looking for a good head scratch.
Oreo spends his days enjoying the fresh grass and relaxing in the shade.
