Description

Spider Hall Farm is a family operated and owned farm in Prince Frederick. Located on Route 231, the 362 acre working tobacco, corn, and grain farm also houses the Agriculture Education Center, a Calvert educational facility. The lessons offered at the center focus on sustaining land and water resources, while establishing visitors’ role as a steward of the land.

We are a working farm of corn, grain, and tobacco. We have a Farm Stand that celebrates MD agricutlure, selling milk, meat, ice cream, canned goods, baked goods, seasonal produce, and much more. We also have a great October Festival of hay rides, corn maze, and more. Check out our website, www.spiderhallfarm.com. See you at the Farm!

The farm also offers many gift basket options for a variety of palates: from homemade ice cream, to wine and cheese filled baskets. If you want to swap tomatoes out for ice cream, no problem! With pies, meats, dairy products, and vegetables all supplied by locally owned and operated farms, you can create a delicious basket for any budget. Buy local, buy fresh, and support your community.

Spider Hall Farm is an ideal field trip spot for any elementary school. The farm employees offer hayrides and assistance in navigating the on-site corn maze, all of which is designed to mesh entertainment with education. The school field trips also include an agricultural lesson geared toward educating the student, which are taught by a retired public school teacher and an administrator of the local private elementary school.
